Joyful Heart Retreat and mPower Program take individuals out of their every day roles and responsibilities to: be completely nurtured; challenge themselves to try different healing techniques; learn self-care strategies; exchange and explore the process of healing with others while in a safe environment.

We choose treatments that engage the mind, body and spirit for healing purposes and try to discover the strategies that work for each individual.
