Volunteers and guests were greeted in typical Joyful Heart style: beautiful flowers, a comfy shirt, and copies of Reunion.

JHF Board Member, Tom Nunnan kicks things off by assembling the philosophy "believe in miracles" boxes.

Volunteers sprung into action moving the kits from one station to the next.

First into the kits was a bathrobe donated by Baltic Linens and a copy of Joyful Heart's Reunion magazine.

A hefty totebag from Cristina Carlino and Art of Grace was next.

Recipients of the kits were also provided with
a Joyful Heart water bottle…

…philosophy's 3-in-1 joyful heart shower gel, shampoo, and bodywash…

…a journal from Compendium and pens from
TransPerfect Translations…

…and clothing from Beyond Yoga, Michael Stars, and Liz Claiborne.

Shohreh, Mariska, and Deb Messing have a little too much fun with the sizzle used to pad the contents of the kits.

After including a personal message from Mariska, the kits were sealed and
ready for delivery.

To help raise awareness of the event, the Santa Monica philosophy store put up a huge display of their joyful heart products.

As a "thank you" for the volunteers, philosophy offered free hand massages, facials, and samples of their products.
