The mission of the Sexual Assault & Violence Intervention Program is to provide free and confidential counseling, advocacy, support and referral services to past and present survivors of rape, sexual assault, incest, and domestic violence, and to their families and friends. SAVI also conducts annual training for Volunteer Advocates who provide support to survivors and their families immediately after a sexual assault in the emergency room of nine local hospitals served by the program.
